It is true. I read somewhere. It is expected that the total cost of construction of the redevelopment project stands at around Rs.270 crore. The rest of the amount will be carried by Kolte-Patil.
They did.t disclose the details of the project but it is come to know that the redevelopment project will be spread across 2.25 acres. It is expected to be delivered over the next 30-36 months. All the necessary approvals are in place, and construction is expected to start shortly.
