Q: I have booked a Flat in Space Station, It is an awesome project by Aliens Group. It is dream come true. I wanted to own a Flat in Hyderabad and I heard about Aliens. It is situated in Gachibowli. there is separate garden and swimming pool which is breathtaking.

I liked the spiritual environment. Aliens Elite also comes with modern security technology so the safety standard is very high. I liked the interior layouts of the rooms, halls, kitchen, they are spacious. So I am delighted to Contact Aliens Group.

We are very happy to invest an apartment in Aliens Space Station, because Tellapur is a very popular location with several established schools and colleges, places of worship, shopping areas, numerous restaurants. While Tellapur has always been popular as an IT hub, today it is fast growing as the new hub of software industry in Hyderabad. This can be attributed to the excellent civic and social infrastructure that has attracted developers and prospective home buyers from across the city.

Aliens Space Station, Tellapur boasts of a well-developed social fabric with civic amenities such as sewage, drainage, lighting, police stations etc.

Yes, as you mentioned it is very close to Police Stations , RC Puram PS.
Places of Worship? Numerous Restaurants? Shopping Areas? Are you talking about ASS1 in Hyd only?

The comment by Victor is illegal and paid comment. Tellapur will not come under GHMC considerations. Although there are 200s of cases in consumer forums, builder is doing some work in snail pace which would complete in another 10-20 years and still doubt about it.
The design is nice but the implementation is bad. Capital returns are really poor as there are no customers to purchase

which is ur apartment number, i am staying in aliens. I dont recollect seeing you are hearing about you. We have a owners and residents group in aliens never hear or saw you. Not interested in your write up just curious to know who you are in actual..

Caution, most of the reviews are by their employees. Do not believe them. You can verify with Association or State Consumer Forum on number of cases on Aliens.

This is really good project and i surprise to see the decipline this builder has on looking into each and every aspect of the apartment. I can see innovation in every flat design, Private carridor for every apartment, larger size door ( beautiful look to the house ), no pillar & beam visable when you enter and good ventilation by using good glass usage.

Agreed .. but whats the use when they don't complete it on time and owners are staying in rented places and paying EMI as they are not getting handover after 10 years.. 1000+ owners cheated already and most of them are fighting against Aliens Group in courts.

I guess we can live if it is complete.. which is has not happened after 10 years and people paid more than 80% of cost of the apartment.. the Aliens Group has diverted the funds and is not interested in completing the project. The Space Station 1 project is like a trap/bait to attract innocent customers to fuel the groups MD's luxurious life...

Even the land owners are fighting the Aliens Group as they are not completing the project ..
