Q: Runwal has reputation of asking for extra money at the end before giving the possession and harassing for the same.He has done in many projects in mumbai like Anthurium, Greens. whats your view on this?

So far as developer is concerned, Runwal group established in 1978 has developed more than sixty five massive scale projects which have outlined the standard of residential, commercial and retail spaces across Mumbai, thane and Pune.

I can understand your concern.I think you should talk with the builder for extra money. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement. Thanks.
