Hi Gaurav,
As far as locality is concerned, it is one of the oldest sector of Noida with nice connective to all important sectors and areas like Noida authority, sector-6/7/8/9/10/11, Harola, Sector-5 Metro station is nearby it. Ashok Nagar and Vasundhara Enclave Delhi is just a 1/2 km away, short cut to NH-24. IT houses many industrial units and prominent car showrooms. The roads here are wide and ample for movement and parking of vehicles.
