area of plot

Q: present sale deed of plot has more area than that of mother sale deed.how it becomes possible?

in property tax record plot is with more area. mother sale deed record was not registered in property tax because at that time plot had not property tax. actual plot area according to mother sale deed was 112.5 sq yard. in present sale deed it is 115 sq yard.plot is adjacent to my house

Ask for the latest tax receipt. If he would have paid the tax for the last fiscal year, then the actual plot area would have been mentioned in it. Secondly, you can also get the actual land or plot record from the Land and Revenue Department of your locality.
