Hi Kaushik ans Bachu,
The main reason is that the harvest festive season is celebrated across the country in respective forms and the customers consider this one of the most auspicious home buying periods in a year. This is the first time ever a real estate company will do a national level launch. On this serene occasion of Pongal, Tata Value Homes has also started its program "Tata Value Homes for Humanity''.

And this entire money will be donated to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, which in turn will be used to build housing facilities for the poor and underprivileged around the country.

I heard this news few days back. According to sources, this is the best opportunity for consumers to book homes in 7 projects across 6 cities, at a single launch price. With new phases being launched in Bangalore and Pune, exclusive new towers would be opened for bookings across Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad & Boisar, near Mumbai.
