This builder is the biggest cheat we have ever come across, its 2019 and still the project or the buildings are not complete.
Infact none of his 14 projects are complete or have OC and CC certificate. Builder can run away anytime.

File a RERA case asap, and ask the builder to keep some security deposit for each projects.
