some people said Manikonda in replies but i heard there is water problem in that area and west of hyderabad. i am not interested in water problem area. and Gachibowli, kondapur, madhapur are costly areas. i prefer other localities which has transportation facility to Gachibowli and Hitech city areas.
can anybody list some nice under construction apartments. my budget is 50-55 lakhs.

Hi,
I think Nagole will be the right option for you. As Nagole is one of the fastest developing suburbs in Hyderabad. Strategically located between the two commercial hubs of Uppal and MP Nagar, the locality has developed into a prominent residential destination after the 2005 real estate boom.

Yes, it is the starting point for Metro which is planned in 3-phases. The 1st phase, which is functional since 2014, connects Nagole to Miyapur. The 2-phase would connect the locality to Hi-tech City and the 3-phase to Mehdipatnam. It takes more than 1-hour to reach Miyapur, Hi-tech City or Mehdipatnam by road. With the metro coming the travelling time to these locations would be reduced to 10-20 mins.

Right Ramya,
This locality is also well facilitated to proper access to shopping, retail, restaurants, schools, functional halls and a lot more. The stretch between Uppal – GSI Bandlaguda and LB Nagar is also famous for Ganesh Idols during Hindu Ganesh Chaturthi festival. Nagole is witnessing tremendous growth during the recent time with heavy investments in real estate.

Hi,
You may consider Eco Valley in Chandanagar, which is a pretty decently priced community with excellent location (within 10 KM of Hitech City, Gachibowli, Pharma, Patancheru hub). There are a lot of housing societies in these areas that are known for their well-planned structure and easy accessibility to areas in the vicinity.

Yes, you could search near Kondapur, in the surrounding areas of botanical garden, Manikonda-Alkapur
Along ORR. Anyways, I doubt if you get a decent one for 30L. If you have long term plan to be in Hyd, buying a flat makes sense, but not for investment purpose.

You can also go for Manikonda. Another suburban area of Hyderabad, Manikonda is better known for the development in the commercial and residential sector. Many IT companies have their headquarters in the Lanco hills and Chitrapuri colony area of Manikonda. As more commercial hubs, multiplexes and shopping centres are opening up in Manikonda, it makes for a viable residential location.

Hi Rao,
There are a lot of good residential areas in Hyderabad, Miyapur is known for its well-priced and affordable homes. Banjara Hills, with its malls and hotels. Gachibowli is the best suburban area. Uppal and Kukatapally are also best connected to all these areas and are in proximity to the IT hub, thus, making them the best options for investment as well as end use.

Hi,
There are many areas that fit the above criteria. However, it depends on your budget, locality preference, purpose of buying(end use or investment), if investment- ability to take risk and expected return. Hyderabad is currently the cheapest metro city and probably the best place to invest for a long term return.
