Best Township project in Hyderabad

Q: It’s always a pleasure to share our pleasant experience with others. I have enquired many information regarding apartments and villas, however I felt all of them were distorted or confusing, and finally with the reference of my friend I have visited the website of Aliens Space Station.

So I went with one of my associates to the premises of Aliens Group township project in Tellapur. The construction quality, design, and location were very well apt for me. I went to their website back, got the details about the office, and then visited their office to enquire about more details regarding the flat. I have booked an apartment at Aliens Space Station and within short time they handover my flat. Thanks to Aliens Group.

Hey, i have made conversation with their sales guy, they are saying that GHMC, HUDA, Airport Authority etc has approved this project and SBI is funding this project. They are offering 2/3/4/5BHK residential flats. it's sizes are 1122-1402 sq-ft in 2BHK, 1344-2208 sq-ft in 3BHK, 3569-5036 sq-ft in 4BHK and 4945-7674 sq-ft in 5BHK. Price are also very affordable.

I heard a lot of bad reviews about this builder recently. In Times Of India, it is mentioned that Aliens Group has looted Rs. more than Rs. 300 crore over 390 buyers. This is one of the Hyderabad's biggest real estate scam.

You can get details of the FIR from Ramachandrapuram Police Station where police have registered an FIR (No: 14/2015) against the 3-accuse Hari Challa, Venkat Prasanna Challa and CVR Choudary, who comprise the senior management of the realty firm under Sections 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC.

What is the current status of this project? What is the asking rate of 2BHK all inclusive and how much i have to pay for the booking? IOD and Commencement Certificates are in place or not? Kindly provide me the project details....thanks
