It seems to me that builder's representative have written this review for the builder. But the truth is that the builder has a lot's of bad reviews on multiple forum sites. All there project are in hold and delayed by 1-2 yrs.

Even i read a lot of bad reviews against this builder for not giving possession on time or poor quality construction.

I only advice to the buyers and investors that they should proper do their due diligence before buying any property. Check all the legal approvals, visit the site, chk the construction materials, connectivity to the other parts of the city, location advantages and daily basic amenities from the project site.
