Q: Like to know whether radiance is in good financial condition. Many people told me they are unable to pay even small amounts and are struggling. Anyone reply.

I agree with Sudhakar. Radiance Realty have cemented themselves as one of the most trustworthy and reputable real estate developers in Chennai. They have been consistently creating state of the art projects with the latest amenities ensuring that the projects meet the highest quality standards and are handed over on time. They have been transparent in all their dealings and didn’t have any hidden costs as per my experience when buying an apartment in Radiance Shine. A friend of mine who purchased an apartment, had the same experience as me.

Very nice to see many some people give good opinion about radiance. The fact of the matter is they are not able to pay back the advance received from people booked flats with them two years back. Neither they respond for more than 6 months now nor it is unclear as to when they will pay back. The amounts are few lacs only compared to many hectares and lacs of meters of proposed construction area costing thousands of crores. Hence if any of you is connected or owners of Radiance group, take up with them as to why they are not paying back even small amounts of money for more than 6 months, which does not speak well abut them.

Hi folks,
Last year the real estate development business had delivered over 3.82 lakh sq-ft of built up space. It now has over 27.80 lakh sq-ft under construction in Chennai on the IT corridor, South Chennai's fast-growing commercial and residential area. Radiance has finalised deals totalling over 40.03 lakh sq-ft of projects for completion over the next 4-5 yrs. More than 60% of the projects are fully owned by Radiance and about 40% are joint developments.

Hi Sathya,
I can only say that if you want to get the credential of any builder, just check out their nos of successful project, an on time possession. I found that Radiance Realty has a good reputation in Chennai real estate markets. They have successfully delivered many projects to their buyers. There is no negative feed back against this builder in any forum. So, i think you should go with that builder.

Yes, Radiance Realty as we all Chennaities know is the best builders that we can put our trust on and one can not go wrong with their investment at Radiance properties. They have succesfully delivered more than 5 projects and still 4 project are running in Chennai.
