Hi, Even this programme has divided into sub-groups which work on Demographic Profile, Development Controls, Regional and Sub-Regional, Environment and Pollution, Shelter, Conservation and Urban Renewal, Trade and Commerce, Mixed Land Use, Industry, Social Infrastructure, Physical infrastructure and Traffic and Transportation.

As a role to preparation of MPD-2001, 12 subgroups have been constituted which comprising:- experts and professionals, series of seminars inviting politicians, administrators, local bodies, & RWA's etc. As per reports, about 200 experts are Considering on different aspects.

If we take the view of an expert, "vision document" as it provides for sustainable development with provisions like TOD, land pooling and stress on conservation of heritage and the environment, but some of its provisions are not in sync with ground realities.
