Aliens Group - Constructed Projects Successfully

Q: Aliens Group having good track record and they are constructed many projects with good quality. I am staying in an aliens Group residential project. When project was going on i came here to visit, really awesome view that was. Now i am very happy with my newly luxurious home. Aliens Group is really very best in their business. So we can choose this without any doubts.

Yes, please verify before reporting. I have been waiting for my flat to be handed over from over 7 long yrs and yet the project has still not started. They are sweet talk until you give money thereafter nothing.

Fraud. Almost all customers are waiting for two or more years since the promised delivery date. Also, the land on which this was built is now under litigation.

Right Sridhar,

It's true Ramesh. Recently, i came to know that a gentle man who has booked his property for pre-EMI (i.e. No EMI till possession) under which company was agreed to pay the pre-EMI till the possession. Even the gentle man has signed an agreement/MOU with the builder. Builder continued to pay the pre-EMI for around 1 year but recently builders has stopped paying the pre-EMI amount and saying that they wont be paying the pre-EMI henceforth. Now, tell me whose fault is this.
