Will it be a good idea to buy a property in Kolar? I am looking for some feedback as how is the real estate market in Kolar.

What is the status of Phase I and when they are coming up with the other Phase? How is the connectivity and accessibility?

According to sources, Phase I is completed and they are planning to come up with Phase II. Green city is easily accessible through White Field, KR Puram and ITPL & and it close to hospitals, schools, resorts.

Adisesh Green City has got approval from DTCP and banks like HDFC, ICICI and Indiabulls. It was a 30 acres development expandable to 60 Acres with 10 Acres launching as part of Phase 1.
