I have been watching and analysing the appreciation in adibatla for the past 6 years. Thank you Manjunath and Madhu for your inputs. When I was talking to few realtors in Adibhatla area, some of them were quoting price around Rs. 15000/- per sq yd, do you think its still good option to invest. OR Should I be going to a farther place (from EPICenter like TCS, CTS, Aerospace etc) for a cheaper price.
GP layouts very much near to EPIcenters are sold for very low price when compared to these HMDA (close to 50%, like 8000 per sq. yd), but can you throw some light if going that path would be a good option?
Adibatla is an upcoming locality that hosts a number of great companies and the locality enjoys the presence of well-established social infrastructure. The rent culture in Adibatla is picking up some momentum, with properties being priced economically.
Construction of the Outer Ring Road was one of the major factors that paved the way for significant development in Adibatla. This road made the locality accessible to other regions of Hyderabad, giving it the boon of excellent connectivity. Availability of land was another factor that propelled growth in Adibatla
Pocharam is an upcoming residential and commercial hub in Hyderabad. It has started to do quite well real estate wise, the main reason is that the area is very close to Warangal Highway where lot of future growth and development is to take place. Both the localities seems to be good from investment point of view.
Guys sorry, I dint find option to manage my question so elaborating here. I am looking for some investment (3-5 years) in either Adibatla or Pocharam. Have below questions, your assistance will be appreciated
1. Is it still worth investing in Adibhatla (supposedly HMDA) when the rates are around Rs. 12,000/- per sq yd. Are there still a scope for growth and return on investments? (Same is the question for Pocharam) 2. Any suggestions investments in Mangalpalle, Bongulur, Koheda places near to Adibhatla (and so is with Ghatkesar, Aushapur near Pocharam) 3. Gram Panchayat layout at both of these locations are selling for comparatively less price and very much near to EPI centers and establishments, but not sure how good investment would that be. Please share your thoughts if any had any experiences?
