Right now the price per sqft ranges from Rs 9700 sqft to Rs 17,000. Nungambakkam is a prime residential area in Chennai. Nungambakkam is very well located at the center of the city Chennai. It is decent and calm located area very near to college, schools and railway station. Water supply is also good in this locality.

Yeah actually I am planning to buy a property but Rs 2.28 crores is something which is out of my budget :( The project is spread over 1.44 acres of land and there will be around 166 units. It is located at Nungambakkam, next to Taj.

Yeah I saw their project over internet and it seems that this project will have only 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1425 sqft to 1516 sqft. The project is still in pre launch and the price here starts from Rs 2.28 crores.
