Rectification deed charges.

Q: My mother has gifted me some part of land which we are living currently, The main purpose of gifting me is because for Building permission of house. In the gift deed their were a mistakes in the map, That common passage we mentioned is 8 feet, but for permission the common passage should be 12 feet which my consultant told me. and he told me you should do rectification deed to ordinal deed.
My Question i
1.What would be charges for rectification deed ?

The involved parties should pay the required stamp duty and registration charges for the registration of the deed according to the state laws. The rectification deed should be registered with the sub-registrar’s office where the principal deed was registered. The charges depends on many aspects. Sometimes the registration authority may implement additional stamp duty and charges based on the situation.

A rectification deed should be drafted in approved format and should include details mentioned below:

a) Name and address of the rectifier/vendor and purchaser
b) Details of the principal deed
c) Details of the rectification to be made
