Basically what I am looking for is from some one who already brought the villa in Cyprus palms and can give me an idea on around what price can I negotiate. I have seen 3.6 cr as the advertised price but want to know the price I can negotiate.

What is the total land area and how many villas will be there? When will the project get completed?

The project is spread over 17 acres of land and 94 villas will be constructed. The project is expected to be completed by March 2017.

The project has got approval from GHMC and you can avail home loan from banks like Axis, HDFC, Indiabulls have approved this project.

The project offers only 4 bhk villas and each villa will have a built up area of 4500 sqft. and the rate going on for villas here is Rs 3.69 crores. You can try negotiating with the builder if possible.
