How much is the total land area and which bank is providing home loan for this project? What are the types of facilities offered in this project?

Brigade Sparkle is spread over 3 acres of land and only State Bank of India is providing home loan for this project. Facilities offered in this project are as follows sky club with rooftop swimming pool, multiple party areas, gymnasium, indoor games, breakfast & night gardens.

JP Nagar is quite awesome because it's one of the new layouts in Mysore along with Vijayanagar. These layouts were developed by MUDA or the private developers of Mysore. Mysore went through an entire city planning phase because of the immense traffic congestion that was there in the city at some point. But now there are new highways opened up and the city is at a much better place. Right now, these residential areas like JP nagar that are booming and fast expanding.

The rent of a 2 bhk apartment in JP Nagar, Mysore will be in between Rs 8500 to Rs 10,000 depending on the area of the apartment. JP Nagar is the most happening locality in Mysore, this locality is close to schools, hospitals, malls and offices.
