Q: I had booked a flat in Trident galaxy in 2011. Now it's May 2016. Still they have not given possesion to phase 2 or Phase 3. Not giving any response when you ask about possesion. already taken 95% of flat cost. As per the new real estate bill regulation, builder should give penalty for delay possesion. Anyone approaching consumer forum plz let me know... these builder shud be put behind the bar.

Already a group from buyers in Trident Galaxy is formed, a legal notice is also served(only this week) on the builder. Any buyer who wants to join may give his contact no/mail id. The process is till on.

You are right Manas, the builder should give penalty if there is a delay in possession. I think all the owners should form a group and take legal help.
