Hi folks, If we talk about its connectivity then i would must like to mention some points here that Ambernath West is well linked to other parts of Mumbai via road, rail and public transport. The Nath Railway Station is 2.5 kms and the Kalyan Railway Station is 10.1 kms away via the Kalyan-Badlapur Road. The International Airport is located at a distance of 53.3 kms from Ambernath East via the Eastern Highway.

Yes, average property price in the locality is Rs.3150/sq-ft. You will get a 1BHK flat at a average budget of Rs. 18.80 lacs, 2BHK in 27 lacs and 3BHK at the average rate of Rs. 36.80 lacs. 2.5% price appreciation has been seen in the locality in last 36 months.
Hi Rupesh! Considering the appreciation which has already happened in most of the eastern subsurbs up to Kalyan is next opportunity likely to be in Ambernath/Badlapur? My analysis says, Lodha project on Taloja Road junction on Katainaka to Badlapur Road will make difference to area. The flat there is costing around 45 lakhs for 1BHK where as Ambernath just 10-mins drive from there, flats here are available at under 25 lakh for 1BHK. Considering this price difference and good road as well as rail connectivity I believe next destination for good return is these locations only.
You are partly right Arushisha. But i think particularly Badlapur has potential for good development on Ambernath Badlapur highway on the right side with beautiful hills one side and city on the other side. Planned development is possible as it is completely virgin land near to station as well. The rates in this area is around Rs. 3000-3500 gives room for at least 30 to 40% upside and still will be below the present rate of Lodha project or kalyan or shilphata rate by almost 40%.
