Their latest possession dates announced are 26th november, 2016. I think you can wait for these dates as they delayed in The coral project as well but when they delivered the quality was very good.

However i found 8-10 workers are working in tower -c...They might have plan to give possesion of Tower-c first.............I you got any latest news pls share.

Is there any 2BHK flats available for sale in MVL Indi Homes? As it will be my pure investment and i have seen the appreciation of this locality which attracted me a lot.

Hi Sameer,
I have visited MVL Indi Homes but didn't hear good news about it. It's location is good for investment but lot's of court cases against the builder and it's project which are under hearing. So, do some more research before you finalize any MVL property.

But in 2013, i heard that they have changed the layout plan and some of the flat owners file a case against this builder, MVL INDI homes which are under hearing. Is it true?

Good morning Abhi,
Did you talk with the builders regarding project status and its possession date? I had a word with the developers last week and they assure me that possession will be by June-July,2016. But still i will suggest you to visit the project site and see the pace of construction and the amount of work left. Kindly update in this forum if you get any latest information. Thanks...

    I want to put to the buyers looking to buy MVL INDI Homes (BHIWADI) BewareThere are court case for different flats which company has sold earlier ,aprox 9 in number these cases are pending in civil courts and consumer courts in my knowledge for stay on sale of property , if anyone has bought or planning to buy in towers A or B, floor 7th. 5th, etc please check with company that is there any legal / litigation pending against the flat number which they have proposed to you/ or you can contact me I will be happy to help you
