I own 1 flat here. Builder isnt provided all the amenities yet but advertise that everything is there.... Such as, intercom, CCTV, proper kids play ground, indoor games, rainwater harvesting, no proper walking zone, elders sitting area and many more.
Just a serious note, Kids playground builded on top of concreate floor. Shame on you builder.

Builder is not turstworthy. Dont buy the property here.

Dear all,
I agree with rasu...builder has sold more than one parking to his relatives .. Even society is very bad and they are bias to some group of people. Please don't buy this property .

Dear frnds..think before going here..I am regretting my decision.Builder has promised to provide children's play area..which is not planned at all..Parking is a serious concern..there is no plan for allocation.builder has 116 flats and in some circumstances he has sold more than one parkings to his close relatives.

If you have enought money, everything will go easily. It does not matter in which country. In Slovakia there are very good prizes too like: http://projektydomov.topreality.sk/ And in other countries too. If you have some imagination in your head then i thing it will go well, very well. Good luck :)

Hello Rasu, Who is the developer of this project??? In some website it is showing Sunshire Builders and in some website it is showing that this project is by Space & Place.
