Q: I have seen lots of people getting duped while investing in land. But Nitesh estates is one builder that has good reviews in bangalore. Their project, Nitesh Long Island is one plot development that has the potential to offer best value.

Even I saw lot of good reviews about Nitesh Estates. I want to buy 3 BHK Flat in Nitesh Estates melbourne park. Can anybody suggest procedure and what are the documents required for this.

Project looks good for investment purpose and it has got all the necessary approvals from BIAPPA & banks like LIC, HDFC, Axis.
