Are you talking about Bhagalpur, Bihar project or Bubaneshwar, Odisha project? In Bhubaneshwar, Vastu Vihar launched their project called Simplex Phjase-1. In North Bihar they have also launched a project called Simplex, Begurai Phase-1.

Can you please tell me the exact name of the project, it's developers and the address of the project? It is very difficult to give you the answer with incomplete name. As Ainthapali, Sambalpur is in Odisha but in Odisha there are two localities BHubaneshwar and Raurkela where this builder is constructing their two projects.
