Vertex Prime is an affordable project with all necessary approvals from GHMC and major banks. I heard that Vertex Homes Private Limited provides excellent infrastructure (Apartments, Villa’s, Duplex Houses, Commercial space, etc). Vertex Prime is a good bet as you are getting an apartment at an affordable rate and you can negotiate further as you are going for resale property :)

Hey Navya, i feel Meadow Land is a good option. It is strategically located 200 meters from NH 9, 1.2Kms from Miyapur Metro Station, 2.5 kms from Hitech Railway Station and other Recreation centers are in the close vicinity. It is a completed project and the price also looks decent ranging from Rs 45.82 lakhs to Rs 76.08 lakhs approx.
