Hi. Yes i have visited the site for KG Earth Homes recently and i loved the features of the project. They are green homes at an excellent location. Working at Siruseri, it is the perfect home for me and my family. You can chk about the completion dates, the quality of project and the documents.

Is it a CMDA approved project? How much is the current rate per sqft going on and what is the present status?

As per my knowledge, the project has got approval from CMDA and the current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3499. Construction work is going on in full swing and homes are near completion.
