Even i am interested in this project and had a word with the developers. But that time they deny to disclose the price and booking amount. Now, i want to know that what will be the cost of a 2BHK and it's booking amount? Thanks....

2 BHK Optima in 851 sq-ft. will cost you Rs.94.80 lakh onward, 2 BHK Prima in 984 sq-ft. will come around Rs.1.09 crore onward. 1 BHK in 456 sq-ft. will cost you near about Rs. 44.23 lakh onward, and 3BHK Optima, Rs.1.48 crore onward. Stamp Duty and Registration Charges will be extra. As per the developer booking amount will be 10% of the total registration value.

As per the latest information, the Dosti’s new launch at Thane is due anytime from now. They are just waiting for the IOD and Commencement Certificate.

The Dosti Brahmand project is situated in the central Mumbai region. Hence, it is easily reachable to the eastern as well as western suburb areas. Most locations of Mumbai are easily reachable and can be approached in half an hour. The site of the Dosti Thane is such that all the necessary comforts such as retail stores, markets/malls, parks, banks/ATMs, nearby bus stop, 5-star hotels, entertainment resources, international schools and reputed hospitals are within the reach..

Dosti Desire, Brahmand, Thane, is just 10 mins to Thane Station, Santacruz Airport in 35 mins via SCLR, 25 minutes to Powai, Fort is 40 mins via Freeway from Project site, BKC is just 35 mins drive from Project Dosti Desire Thane and Vashi and Mindspace IT park is just 30 to 40 mins.

Developer has not disclosed the flats sizes but it is expected that they will offer 1 BHK Optima 456 sq-ft., 2 BHK Optima 851 sq-ft., 2 BHK Prima 984 sq-ft. and 3 BHK Optima 1310 sq-ft. Its current price will be Rs.9700-11300/sq-ft.
