The best location to buy a property in chennai will be from Guduvanchery to Chingelpattu. There is a lot real etate activity happening in these areas. The best part this place will be the future gateway to chennai. The prices are very reasonable and there is a lot of scope for appreciation in the near future since this Road NH45 is very well connected by both train and bus facility. If you are planning purely from the investment angle, the places to be looked by you are from Chingelpattu and beyond on NH45. As per my knowledge, the current rate per sqft in this project is Rs 1899. There will be a total of 191 plots and the project is spread over 9.36 acres of land.
