How is the reputation of the builder and any idea if the project has got all the required approvals?

Vijay Shanthi is known for their excellence in quality of homes with a delivery of clear title, on time and without cost escalations, along with necessary completion certificates from the regulatory authorities. They are one of the reputed builders.

The project has got DTCP approval and home loan can be availed from all leading banks.

Hey there. My friend told me that the fortune square project of Vijay Shanthi is a gated community of premium residential plots. She also told me that the price range is reasonable.

As far as I know the price of the plot in this project ranges from Rs 10.80 lakhs to Rs 54 lakhs approximately.
