S&S Ishan is a ready to move in project. Project is approved by CMDA and you can take home loan from Axis, SBI, LIC and ICICI bank.

Mylapore is a very prime location in Chennai. All the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality. Good connectivity with the other parts of the city.
