Q: I will be shifting to Hyderabad in September and I am looking for a 3 bhk in re sale. How much will be the area and what will be the price of an apartment? i also want to know about the approvals.

Will Manikonda be a good idea to buy a resale property? How is the connectivity to Gachibowli, as my office is located there?

Manikonda is close to all the major IT and financial hubs of the city. The roads are well developed keeping in mind the young IT crowd who have to commute daily to Hitech City and Gachibowli for their work.

The residents of this locality can easily get on the Outer Ring Road, from where they can easily access the airport and the railway station. Manikonda is an end-user driven market. There is a surge in demand for integrated townships and gated communities in Manikonda.

The project offers only 3 bhk with built up area of 2300 sqft. and it will cost you around Rs 56.35 lakhs. The project has got approval from HMDA and all leading banks.
