Not receiving enquires in my email.

Q: I was wondering why I am not getting any response for my posting and suddenly in the weekend I got the summary email with 4 enquiries. But I never got those individual enquires in my email.
Also there is a" View All Response" button on the email, but when I click it brings nothing just land on my account page,

1. where can I see all my Reponses in the account ?
2. Can you please let me two why I didn't receive the individual enquiries ?
3. I had send an email to support@commonfloor.com but never got a response.

Appreciate the quick help, so that I will not lose any enquirers for the apartment.
