Janapriya Metropolis offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and the project is spread over 12 acres of land & there will be total of 1160 units here. The project is expected to get completed by November this year.

What is the present price going on? How far is the project from Moti Nagar Metro Station and will there be Manjeera water connection in this project?

The price of apartments here ranges from Rs 21 lakhs to Rs 49 lakhs approx. It is around 5 minutes walk to Moti Nagar Metro Station and the builder is providing Manjeera water connection in this project that will meet the needs of around 1000 plus families.
