Price Trend for Apartment in Avadi, Chennai North?

Q: I am searching the price trend in Avadi. I knew the prices mentioned on Magicbricks etc but all are indicative. I want to buy a 1BHK or 2BHK in a high rise in Chennai North - Avadi. Should be ready to move and should only be a high rise group housing society, not a builder floor.

Hi, referring to your question, you can check Happinest by Mahindra. It is situated in Avadi. They have 1BHK & 2BHK flats starting from 15-20 lacs with 1BHK Compact: 396 sq.ft.
1BHK Regular: 533 sq.ft.
2BHK Regular: 677 sq.ft.
I believe it is a good deal to go for. I am personally very impressed with the property and the amenities offered at that price.

The average price range in Avadi at the moment is Rs. 3,491per sq.ft , which is a pretty good rate to go for.

There are many projects coming up by famous builders in Avadi. The prices in this area are not very high either. Why don't you check with the projects that have been completed recently and have good infrastructure?
