Janla in Bhubaneshwar is well developed locality and has excellent connectivity with the other parts of Bhubaneshwar City. It has developed social and physical infrastructure. All the daily basic needs are within 1 km radius. Transport facility is also good in the locality.

Info Colony-2 is a plot project, located in Janla, Bhubaneswar. This project is a freehold property which is located just 1.5 km from NH 5. As per the listings available, there are few resale plots available within a price range of Rs7.80 lakh - 15.60 lakh and the size are available from 1500-3000/sq-ft. It's current asking price will be Rs.520/sq-ft.

HI,
Info Colony-2 is a ready-to-move project and Bhubaneshwar Development Authority has approved it. Yes, it is a NA plot and you can see the conversion certificate once visit their office.
As far as loan is concerned, as we all know that bank doesn't approved loan for plot but there are few banks offering loan facility like IDBI Bank, HDFC and State Bank of India.

Ommshree Infocity-2 is developing near NH5 and has close proximity to 200 ft. wide road is a BDA approved residential plots(Yellow Zone). First possession (with boundary wall) then registration.
