What is the price they are quoting and by when will the project get completed?

The price of apartments here starts from Rs 72 lakhs on wards. The possession is expected to get completed by August 2018.

Vignesh Sundari is one of the residential developments of Vignesh Propertees. The project will have two blocks, eight units and the total constructed area is about 6397 square feet. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments.

Saidapet is well connected to various parts of the city via road and rail. Jeenis road is a vital link to Mount Road from West Saidapet, so transportation is never an issue. The locality is also loaded with main educational institutions.
