@Aveek, It's good idea Aveek before going for booking. You should check all the legal approvals and verify it by a property lawyer and you should move further. For a 2BHK + 2T, booking amount will be Rs.2Lakh, for a 3BHK + 2T and 3T, you will have to pay Rs.3Lakh each. Under Construction Link Plan - 10% on application for booking, 10% within 45 days from allotment, 10% on completion of basement roof slab, 5% + 50% car park on completion of 4th floor roof slab, 5% + 50% car park on completion of 8th floor roof slab, 5% + Floor PLC on completion of 12th floor roof slab, 7.5% + Landscape PLC on completion of 16th floor roof slab, 7.5% + ESC on casting of top floor roof slab, 10% on completion of brick work, 7.5% + FFEC on completion of electrical conducting, 7.5% + Power Backup Equipment Charges, 10% + Club membership on completion of plumbing work, 5% + Lease rent + IFMS + other charges on offer of possession.
Well Aveek, I have been in Noida, Sector-37 for almost 13 yrs and i know this locality very well. Sector-150 is developed over 600 acres of land. It is the greenest sector of NCR with 80% green cover and has 42 acres of parks. The authority also plans to develop a sports city and an international cricket stadium. Bridges to connect with Faridabad will also be developed in this sectorA flyover will be developed from the 45 meter road in Sector 150 to connect Sector 150 with Noida-Greater Noida expressway. This will help people to travel from Greater Noida to Noida to Noida to Greater Noida side of the expressway. Al the daily basic necessities such as schools, colleges, markets, malls, metro station, Banks and ATMs are nearby to this sector.

It will offer 2/2.5/3 BHK Apartments in the sizes of 1100 - 1500 sq.ft. for the different requirement & budget of the perspective home buyers. Cost of a 2BHK + 2T in 1100 sq-ft will cost you Rs.55-60 lakh onward, 3BHK + 2T in 1300 sq-ft. will cost you around Rs.65-70 Lakh onward while for 3BHK + 3T will cost you approximately Rs.75-80Lakh onward.
