Beeram guda/Ameenpur/Miyapur Which area is best?

Q: Hi,

I'm planning to purchase Independant house/Villa/Duplex in Beeram guda/Ameenpur/Miyapur,Im looking in this areas only.
My Budget is 40-50L including all expenses(Registration and so on)..
Just wanted to know Which area is good among these Beeramguda,Ameenpura and Miyapur areas?
Beeramguda Vs AmeenpurVs Miyapur- Which is good/bad.. Which area is high priority.. I work in IT sector.
Please suggest me.
