The city has the highest demand for housing up to Rs.20 lakh. So this year, LDA will create apartments up to Rs. 20 lakh. Whether they are flat or house. They will launch 10000 flats under affordable housing under Rs.20 lakh in Mohan Road, Basant Kunj, IIM Road and CG City.
