Since you dont have an area preference, Hitec City MMTS would be a good place to explore. Housing by Mahindra, Ashvita Kukatpally could almost work well for your budget. The facilities that you will get there would be so many greenery, recreational spaces, easy access to places and transport you wouldnt mind going a little over your budget.
