I am looking for invest in a 2bhk house in thane city. I have like few projects like Immenza- Kapataru, zuri -Seth, Project by one India Bulls, Lodha Amara,Rustomjee urbania, Raj torres, Highland park.

please suggest which can be a prime property to invest

Hi Betty,
I think you should go with Immenza Kalpataru or Rustomjee Urbania. Don't go with any prominent builders because all of their projects are delayed by 2-3 years. Both the builders are good and have a good track record of on time delivery of possession.

Yes, kalpataru Immensain Kholset Road is offering 1/2/3 BHK flats. Sizes are available 680 sq-ft. in 1BHK, 896 - 1224 sq.ft in 2BHK and 1434 - 2032 sq.ft. in 3BHK and its current rate per square feet will be Rs.8000/sq-ft. This project is under construction and ready-to-move by December 2019.

Whereas, Rustomjee Urbania is located in Majiwada, Thane West,BHK flats. Sizes are 1135 - 1209 sq.ft in 2BHK and 1505 - 1735 sq.ft. in 3BHK. It's per square feet rate will be Rs.11540/sq-ft. and possession by February-2018. It is a luxurious project and price are high but you can get good deal as most of the builders are negotiating in the current rate.
