cheater Group

Q: Dear consumer, do not be fool by investing in this fraud group. I had made this mistake and after three years, I am just running between there branch and bank and neither plot is in my hand nor my money. During investment, they welcomed me and now they are ignoring me and not taking seriously. I am suffering since my life time saving is invested in this fraud group and now they are not returning money. I had booked a plot (Plot No. 96) at a project Prestige - III of Vatsalya Builders And Developers Pvt. Ltd. situated at Rau-Indore. After 3 years, no development has been observed at site neither project is in status of possession and still it was in stage I had seen during booking time. I had taken continuously follow up from them and every time they had cheated me by giving fake assurance of possession. Finally I had decided to withdraw money from this project and they had given me cheques after long time and all cheques were bounced and now they are saying we are not having money. So its my advice, do not come under influence of there marketing team. They will welcome you and take off your money and after that they will forget of you and your money.

All customers of Vatsalya Group who have been cheated must unite through a common entity called say, Consumer Redressal Forum Against Vatsalya Group. We must all pool our resources and fight with might. Fighting individually is going to very costly affair for each consumer and is also time consuming. Voice of a large consumer is easily heard every where. Unfortunately, I am not staying in Indore otherwise I would have taken the lead. Some active members must take the lead and constitute the Forum at the earliest and file a joint case on behalf of all the members of the Group. Please feel free to contact me at 7588021282.

all their projects prestige 1,prestige 2,prestige 3 etc are in some condition i.e. incomplete,and vastalya group is neither willing to complete them nor listening to customer complaints.I have invested money in prestige 2 and the made complain on MP CM Helpline 181 .......and further will complain in RERA court....

I had submitted this response to aware innocent investors regarding this fraud. Case at consumer court takes a lot of time and this builder don't give importance to consumer forum, they dint come at court on call and peoples had won case at consumer forum but they had not returned money. Hence i had submitted court case against section 138 and 420 on these builders.

I had also invested on the property of this builder and i assure, you will never get your money back. this is Fraud and defaulter builder, they even don't care about court cases, i invested in 2010 and since then nothing has happened.

Both the gentleman have given you the correct reply. But remember, The flat purchaser is required to file a written complaint before the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum set up under the act, depending on the value of the property, or the amount of damage he has suffered. Any dispute over Rs 20 lakhs can be directly filed before the State Commission and any dispute over Rs 1 crore can be filed before the National Commission in New Delhi. Any dispute for a value lower than Rs 20 lakhs has to be filed in the District Commission

Hi Vinay,
Why are you not filing a case in the consumer redressal forum. You can also file an FIR in your nearby police station for fraud case. And ask for the compensation along with the interest from the time of possession date. Better, if you are filing complain in group, you will get immediate action on it.

Yes, i am agree with Gautam. If possession is not delivered on time, a purchaser can send a notice to the builder first, claiming refund of the amounts paid along with interest and/or damages. The buyer can also file a consumer complaint for ‘deficiency in service’ as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 against the builder.

Thanks Vinay. I hope this information will help lot of buyers from this builder. Now-a-days, buyers are very alert. They verify all the legal documents and approval by a lawyer and then go for deal. They also post their query regarding the project and the concerned developers in multiple forum sites.

Vatsalya Bulders and Developers Indore is a fraud group. They have cheated and looted thousands of customers in Shiv Residency-II, Indore project. The plots booked in year 2009 have still not been registered in customers’ names. Interest payment at 12 percent was promised in the Sale Agreement but they issued dud cheques which bounced back. Even after 10 years, the Land Title of the project is not clear and Govt approvals are still not received. All customers of Vatsalya Developers who have booked plots in SR-II Indore must unite and fight the fraud and book these fraudsters also like Mallaya and Nirav Modi.
