As far as project locality is concerned, Talegaon is located on the outskirts of Pune. It is very close to Bangalore-Mumbai Expressway. The industrial belt of Chakan and auto-mobile manufacturing companies like Daimler-Benz , Volkswagen Group, Mahindra & Mahindra etc. have open job opportunities in the locality. It is located 25 kms from Talegaon but it takes only 40 minutes to drive from Hinjewadi to Talegaon due to its proximity to Mumbai-Pune Road. The -Chakan-Shikrapur-Nhavra road is further planned to be widened into 4 lanes road. A 13 kms by-pass is also planned between Talegaon Dabhade and Chakan, which will pass through the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation area. Once, it will complete, the residential demand will increase in the locality.

Can i get information on Tata Parimos, Talegaon, Pune? is this project still in pre-launch phase or has been launched? What are the sizes available in 2BHK and its rate? How is locality of this project?

Hi Aarti,
Tata Primos is a newly launched residential project located at Talegaon, Pune. This project is spread over 1 acres of land and consists 154 units. It offers 2/3/4.5 BHK flats. Sizes of the flats are available in 1096 sq-ft. in 2BHK, 1518 in 3 BHK and 2388 sq-ft in 4.5 BHK. And it's current rate is 4490/sq-ft. It is still under pre-launch phase.
