Q: Looking to buy new property, please guide me what all documents should be there with builder before we book.

I am one of a finest flat owner of the KG Builders and I have recently checking up on the documentation. Everything is in place.From the day I approached them till today they have filled all the promises.We are Pretty happy with our own flat at the best price.

Please check all the documents properly.we have been befooled. Got the house 1 year after the promised month. Got no compensation.Even have added the maintainance fees before handing over our flat.Lift is of cheap quality.Switches the cheapest.Please thorough check before buying .For us it was not a good decision.

If the project is completed, ask for the completion certificate. Other than that, you should check for Encumbrance certificate, approved plan, and the deed documents.
