Yes, if you have given the name of your property and wishing to sale after development then you have to register you flat with RERA. It is mandatory and in absence of RERA approval, the local body can discontinue your water and electricity connection.

Hi,
Every real estate projects which have the plot size of a minimum 500 sq.mt. or eight apartments need to be registered with regulatory authorities RERA.
