Yes, Malles Aashira, Perumbakkam is a ready-to-move-in project but still few flats are available in new as well as in resale option.
As far as project approval is concerned, CMDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis and LIC Housing Finance are funding this project.
