Yes, it is one of the best. Also while I was personally looking for a flat in Palghar, I found Mahindra Happinest properties in Palghar and Boisar, Focused on affordability and providing amenities for people with budget constraints.

Hi Pankaj, Mahindra Palghar is located in Nandore Village of Palghar. I personally was looking for a house when I came across Happinest Palghar. The make of the house is great and they are providing quite a few amenities even in that price range. Some of the amenities are childrens-play-area, cricket-pitch, badminton-court-outdoor, joggers-track and many more. They have 1 BHK, 2 BHK options starting at 14 lacs which is a great option I believe.

I was looking for an affordable housing property in and around Mumbai for a very long time. I needed a nice, quiet place with a few amenities. While at it, I discovered Happinest Palghar. Happinest Palghar offers different amenities such as joggers track, cricket pitch, gym, badminton court, clubhouse, and so on.

Hi Pankaj, even I have been looking for properties at happinest palghar. Its prospectus looks quite promising. Coming to your question, Mahindra lifepaces happinest, palghar has 1RK, 1BHK, 2BHK options to offer starting from 6.84 lacs onwards. Quite affordable, I say. It consists of amenities such as indoor games room, landscaped garden, joggers track, cricket pitch, community hall, gym etc.

Hi, Happinest homes by Mahindra Lifespaces is located at Boisar and they provide affordable studio apartments suited for middle and lower middle class families as the project provides 1 & 2 BHK homes at very reasonable prices in a fast developing location and is situated near Umroli Railway station. They are providing basic facilities.

Mahindra Happinest Palghar is an upcoming project. It is located at Palghar, Mumbai. It will offer 1,2 and 3 BHK residential apartments. Builder has not disclosed its amenities, flat sizes and its rate.
