Hi Saurabh,
Mail the builder and ask for the registry of your property. If builder has failed to reply you within 15 days, take a hard copy of your mail with related documents and file a case against the builder in UPRERA. he has responsible to register your flat if you had paid the entire amount.

Hi Saurabh,
You can make online complain to RERA in your respective state through UPRERA portal. In order to register RERA complaint in UP, you need to go to the UPRERA website and on the home page, you will find a link for Complaint Registration. You need the following information in order to file a complaint under RERA - a) The registration number and address of the project, b) Complaint statement and 3) expected relief.

Yes, RERA has made the complaining process much easier for the home-buyer. Any person who has an interest in the project, can file an application with their respective RERA authority. The application can also be filed online, as per the format available. The complainant must provide: a) The particulars of the applicant and the respondent, 2) The registration number and address of the project, 3) The reliefs and interim reliefs, if any, sought and, 4) A concise statement of facts and grounds of claim.
