I like dream city 2 it has road around it so I can go to different corners of Hyderabad the water and the electricity is on to do house work easily one more good thing is there is gym here so I can make my body every day my time here is gone very good

Even in 2016, the vigilance department alleged that Janaharsha had purchased vast extents of agricultural land in Ibrahimpatnam and Manchal mandals, in RR district, and failed to secure mutation in the revenue records. The company did not file declaration before the revenue divisional office for acquiring land exceeding the ceiling limit.

Yes, the vigilance department also found that Janaharsha realtors had committed irregularities in violation of all existing rules and evaded requisite fees, such as nala conversion fee, amounting to `6.73 crore, layout processing fees, and development fees, causing huge loss to the government.

Hi friend,
I have purchased a plot in Janharsha Dream City-2 in 2009. At the time of booking their sales head said that whenever i want to sell this plot, they will help in allotting this to any other customer and give us the money according to the current market rate of that plot. But they did not keep their promise and when i asked them to sell my plot. They are saying sell it urself. I have seen that there is no development in this project and the price of the plot did not rise in last 2 years.

Hi Sreyash,
Did you get your registration done for the plot? Is there any issue with the project? I have seen a lots of negative reviews against the builder. They are dealing badly with their customers. At the time of booking they are saying something and once they get money, change their attitude and behavior.
